John and I cycle to Chepstow via Cheltenham and Gloucester down the A48 which follows the river Severn.
Whilst traveling through Gloucester, an old friend, Mervyn met me to say hello, it was good to see him and very kind of him to come and find me on route 🙂
All was going well until we were within 15 miles of Chepstow when my friend the wind decided to enhance the challenge by gusting quite strongly in our faces, once again forcing us to pedal just to get down the hills….. arggggggh
On the way through Cheltenham I snapped this pic, but shhhh, don’t tell them – oh dear, they probably already know from the American NSA 😉
